Thanksgiving 2014

Yesterday was Thanksgiving weekend.
Some friends from Vancouver came over to visit us in Victoria.
We had turkey, yams, stuffing and Brussels sprouts.
We have leftovers from dinner last night.
I love Thanksgiving because we have the long weekend and we get to have guests over and it’s all just really fun.
We also had pumpkin pie with a little whip cream on the pumpkin pie.
We are going to pick our pumpkins at the pumpkin patch next weekend😀
I can’t wait till next year at Thanksgiving.

  1. Hi Cole – I love that you wrote a reflection about our weekend. What a lovely dinner we had yesterday and I loved that you wore a suit! I agree that with you that the weekend is always really fun and I love that we share in the things that we are thankful for. I also loved our talent show after dinner, especially your viola playing. Love mom xo

  2. I am happy to hear you have had such a lovely weekend, Cole. Gosh you must have looked smart in that suit! I look forward to hearing you play your viola sometime soon, love, Tessa (aka Ms Lloyd)

  3. Hi Cole – we the Vancouver friends also had a lot of fun. Our Thanksgiving wouldn’t be the same if we didn’t get to spend time with you guys. The talent show this year was definitely alot of fun. Next year we are going to have to get in some family hockey!!
Love Auntie Kim, Uncle Gerald and Nikki
